Unlock It

1.

1. Open "My Computer".

2.

2. Open the drive Windows is installed on (almost always "C:").

3.

3. Alternate-click (right mouse button) on the "WINNT" folder, and select "Properties".

4. Click the "Security" tab.

5.

5. Select your username under "Name".

6.

6. Under "Permissions", tick the "Allow" checkbox corresponding to "Full Control".

7.

7. Click "Apply".

8.

8. Click "OK".

9.

9. Close the Explorer window by clicking the "X" button at the upper-right-hand corner of the window.
